This is a block course on Reinforcement Learning given by Prof Herman Engelbrecht from Stellenbosch University in South Africa.
Although it is an introduction course, its main target group will be Master and PhD students. The course will combine theoretical lecture parts with practical programming parts! It will be given in English.
