Im ersten Schritt wird in Diskurse des Lernens in der
Erwachsenenbildung eingeführt und für die Thematik sensibilisiert.
Danach erfolgt eine Auffächerung und Erörterung von in der
Erwachsenenbildung bedeutsamen, emazipativen Lerntheorien. Es werden
Einblicke in die (internationale) Forschung zum Thema Lernen im
Erwachsenenalter erarbeitet und präsentiert, u.a. rückt ein
Forschungsprojekt im Bereich des Service learnings aus Mwanza/Tansania
in den Mittelpunkt. Das Seminar wird von Joseph Badokufa Bulugu von der
St- Augustine University in Mwanza/Tanzania mitgeleitet, bei den
Terminen am 7.6.24 und 14.6.24 ist er auch vor Ort. Im Sinne der
erwachsenenbildnerischen Professionalisierung schließt im dritten Teil
die Frage des Lehrens an, sodass dann die Didaktik der
Erwachsenenbildung ins Blickfeld rückt.
Bitte beachten Sie: Voraussetzung für die Teilnahme ist die
regelmäßige Anwesenheit, da das Seminar einen Projeketcharakter
aufweist. Und: Das Seminar greift sowohl auf deutsche als auch englische
Textgrundlagen zurück. Ebenfalls wird auf beide Sprachen in der
Seminararbeit zurückgegriffen. Die Arbeit in englischer Sprache wird
explizit als Lernfeld angesehen, um sich im internationalen Diskurs
einbringen zu lernen.

The seminar focusses on learning theories that are recognised in
German-speaking and international discourses. The first step is to
introduce the discourses of learning in adult education and to create
general understanding of the topic. In the next step, there will be a
strong emphasis on elaborating and discussing learning theories that are
considered relevant in international adult education. (International)
research on the topic of learning of adults will be explored, including a
research project in the field of service learning in Mwanza/Tanzania.
The seminar will be co-chaired by Joseph Badokufa Bulugu from St
Augustine University in Mwanza/Tanzania, and he will also be on site for
the dates on 7 June and 14 June 2024. In the sense of
professionalisation, the question of teaching will be addressed in the
third part of the seminar, so that the didactics of adult education will
then be in the limelight.
Please note: Participation requires continuous attendance, as the
seminar has a project character. And: The seminar takes both German and
English texts as a basis, and both languages will also be used in the
seminar. Working in English is explicitly regarded as a learning field
in order to learn to participate in international discourses
